ASP Car Wash: Fundraiser
for Whitewater Rafting

If you are going on the rafting trip, and you want to earn some money,
this is an easy way to do it. The rafting trip is $55; if you work
at the carwash, any money made by the group will be divided equally.
Bring towels, sponges and buckets.

The rafting trip (www.ky-rafting.com/raft.htm)
costs $58.30 and includes dinner. If you want to go on the rafting
trip, contact Ann Sheely (ASheely@mn.rr.com)
AND send a check for $28.00 to: 5905 Grove Street, Edina, 55436 by
April 30. (If you work at the car wash, hopefully your deposit of
$28 will be earned.)
A canoeing outing is being planned as an alternative
to the rafting trip.

Garage Sale
Work from May 1 - 5
Everyone is required to work a minimum of 8 hours. You will be receiving
a postcard to remind you of the shift you signed up for. Call Terry
Stevens or Sue Cleaveland with questions.
Also, clean out your own closet and bring some items to donate.
Beginning at 5 p.m. on May 1, items in good repair and
good working condition may be brough to the church. Items will be
accepted through 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 3. The sale dates and times are
Wednesday May 4 (5 to 9 p.m.) and Thursday, May 5 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.).
If you have large items that you would like to have picked up, call
the church office.
Tool Time
Saturday, May 14
9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
This year, tool time will be at Good Samaritan. Plan on arriving no
later than 9 a.m.. We'll send out emails to tell you what you need
to bring.
Commissioning Sunday
Sunday, June 5
Be at church at 9 a.m.
Sit together at the 9:30 Service (summer schedule)
Not only is this Dandy's last day, but we start the summer schedule
for church services. SO: you'll need to be at church by 9a.m. to bring
your last payment and notarized health form. We'll attempt to take
a group photo that day, too.
Pack the Bus
Friday night, June 10
Pack the bus and enjoy desert together.
