There is a hint of fall in the air, and that means that our music groups will be starting up for a great year of musical offering. There are all kinds of musical opportunities in our church. This year, in addition to the traditional groups that have given great leadership in our church, we are also adding both a men’s and a women’s group for those who wish to participate in those styles of singing. The Chancel Chimes bell choir is always looking for new players, and our children’s and youth choirs are looking forward to a great year. Our band is open to new participants as well, and there are numerous opportunities for special musicians. If you play an instrument, why not offer your gifts as part of our worship service music. Finally, we look forward to two special programs from the music groups this year—one in November and one in April. It will be a wonderful year for music at Good Samaritan.
